1. Introduction
Welcome to Resilience Press! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our publishing programs, coaching services, and community experiences. By enrolling or engaging in services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older, or have written parental/guardian consent. Resilience Press reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
3. Program Participation
- Publishing and Coaching Services: We offer customized support to help bring your book from concept to completion. This includes coaching, editing, design, formatting, and publishing support.
- Community Access: Some programs include group coaching sessions, course materials, and online forums. Sharing login access is not allowed.
- Code of Conduct: All participants must engage respectfully. Harassment, disrespect, or violation of guidelines may result in removal from the program without reinstatement.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full upfront unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing. Payment plan schedules must be honored. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and hands-on nature of our services,
all sales are final. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued. However, we are committed to walking with each client until their book is completed successfully. In the case of life interruptions, we allow clients to pause and resume services as needed.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Resilience Press, including templates, videos, course content, designs, and documents, remain the intellectual property of Resilience Press. Any reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Resilience Press is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise from participation in our programs. Your results are dependent on your effort, consistency, and engagement.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and program offerings at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

- Cancellation & Pause Policy
Community memberships may be canceled at any time. Access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
If you need to pause your 1:1 services due to life circumstances, we honor that. Please reach out, and we will resume support when you're ready to continue.
